Can I renew Document Supply loans?

Yes, you can request up to two renewals of each Document Supply loan. You must proactively contact the Gateway Services team at your campus to request a renewal, and this must be done in advance of the due date.  Please note that Document Supply renewals are subject to the agreement of the library that owns the book and are not guaranteed.

There is no charge for renewals. However, if you do not request a renewal before the due date then overdue fines will be charged at the rate of 50p a day until you return the book. Please note that automatic renewals do not apply for Document Supply loans, as the books are not owned by UCA.
