What is plagiarism?

Answer

Plagiarism is deliberately or accidentally presenting someone else’s writing, work or ideas as if they are your own. It is also possible to self-plagiarise by submitting an assignment that you have submitted for assessment previously.  Plagiarism is serious and can lead to you having to re-submit your work, receiving a zero grade, and, in some situations, being withdrawn. It is therefore important to follow good academic practices and to reference your work.
