The author who wrote the book chapter is different from the person on the front of the book, what should I do?

Answer

You are probably referencing a book chapter from an edited book. Edited books are collections of essays from different authors.

In the text you reference the author of the chapter, in the bibliography you provide the details of the chapter and the book.
