I get the message "Click and collect not allowed" when selecting a book or DVD for collection, what should I do?
Answer
There are three reasons for this message -
- It is only possible request up to ten Click & Collect books at one time so if you request an eleventh item you will get the message 'User has too many holds'.
- Your account may be blocked because you have an overdue item or items on your account.
- The item you are trying to request is a Reference copy.
