I have clicked on a link to an article but it has taken me to the journal home page, can this be fixed?

Answer

When a link that should connect you to an article takes you to a journal home page instead this is normally due to the supply of incorrect metadata by the publisher to our link resolver and discovery system.

It can also be caused by the linking not being set at the correct level (it has been set to the title level rather than the article level).

We are not always aware of this problem occurring until you report it to us so do let us know if you encounter this issue by emailing the details to eresources@uca.ac.uk
