How do I create an in-text citation with BibGuru?

Answer

To add or update an in-text citation, simply click on the “ icon in the main list under the reference you’d like to create a citation for. If you are in the Plain list view you can see the “ under each reference. If you are in the Bibliography, or Bibliography and in-text citations view you will need to hover over the reference to see the “ option.

You can then edit your in-text citation

  1. Once you have clicked on the “ icon
  2. Select Page in the drop-down menu
  3. Add the page number
  4. You can add another in-text citation by clicking on + Add in-text citation
  5. You can delete an in-text citation by clicking the delete icon
  6. When you're done editing, click Save.

To copy and paste an individual citation make sure that you are in the Bibliography and in-text citations view, then click on the citation to copy it to your clipboard.
