When I reference an online video using BibGuru why does the reference have the director at the start of the reference and not the title of the video?

Answer

When online videos are saved from the Internet into BibGuru an error occurs, which means the director of the video displays as an author. To fix this:

  • Hover over the reference in BibGuru you will see a pencil symbol, when you hover over this it will say Edit Source, click on this
  • Change the Source from Online Video to Video

The reference will now display with the Title at the start of the reference, the Director will appear after the year.
